Finally had a game with the lads last week after I submitted my last assignment… decided to give myself a break after chionging through the assignments… then went to watch the hurtlocker… very good movie… never fails to increase my heartbeat everytime they defuse the bombs… showing wat the US troops do @ Afghanistan… real eye opener… 

Yesterday went to night safari’s halloween… the queue was madness… should have gone there when it just opened… soba @ paragon was superb…

Im trying to not let my game affected by the things on my mind… so thats how a footballer feels when he got personal issues and still have a match to play… the once a month thing is coming… I can feel it…

Don’t turn away, dry your eyes…

This movie was very good… how the lead goes back and forth through the 500 days  to find out whats wrong is very balanced, so you wont get confused at any point of time…

Although the dialouges were so eerily familiar that it sounded funny… I had to say I actually did some of the things… haha… moral of the story is very important… if you never get it… then watch it again…

Blocked… still only one paragraph… ha… anyway saw the UK pics of the guys… super fun… cant wait to join them… now they can finally experience how is studying like in Uni… lol… Joe told me the clothes there are at least 20% cheaper… well looks like my end of year and new year spendings will be from there… I hope there’s time to fulfill my dream of going to Anfield and also visit the legendary stonehedges…

My left thigh is still in 90% condition but I just went for the game… aggrevate it… but had a good game so quite worth it… finding the right way to struck the ball finally with this new shoe…

So weekends the usual… with saturday class again… looking at how pool played yesterday immediately eliminates all hope of getting the title… unless aquilani do some magic once he came into the team… oh well… been slacking too much lately… time to up the gear again…

Used up 2 from my list over the weekend… glad to say the reaction tally with the theoretical side… guess its still consider somewhat a success… Fri went for dinner at this little part 1 cafe beside Thomson Plaza… cosy little place… foods alright and not on the expensive side… their hot chocolate was super sinful but nice… eating their fish and chips makes me crave for Vivo’s The Queen and Mangosteen’s curry tar tar sauce… 

Saturday was EPL night as its been a long time since I can sit down and watch a whole night of match from the early kick off to the last of the day… analysed the players and got a few ideas… sometimes I think walking is the same as playing soccer… you have to be aware of who is on your left, right and behind… because this inconsiderate people just barge in and when you breifly touched them, they will look at you like you just shoulder charged them…  

Sunday was abit humid and hot… one of the better turn outs… poor start due to a noob who talked like a pro… wasted a sixth of my strength fighting for a lost cause… he always have this look that the ball is a pest and have to wack it as fast and far out as possible… took afew knocks in the 1st few games… feeling the effects on my left thigh today as I woke up… ran myself empty… rare occasion… went home to wash up before watching tokyo sonata… very good show on family ties and struggles…

And so Rick and Joe flew to the UK today… Everyone is waiting for the finale… the departure shots… the hugs… and the tears… To think that its already 6 years since I’ve known them… suddenly a tinge of sadness strike me for 3 seconds… and I just have to let out that breath… given my analytical mind, I would be lying if I tell you I dont know the answer… the weight on my shoulder instantly become heavier once they stepped through the gate… Looking thru the glass panel… I see 2 young adults chasing their dreams… 13 hours of flight is more than enough to burn 3 movies and talk from anything to everything… and I would be taking the same duration afew mths later… Well I could be on the same flight as them, but I found my purpose in life 3 years back… anyway I digress… hope everything goes well for them over there…

Sch restarts after a brief break means assignments are coming in fast… with me constantly catching up with my readings… sometimes I just want to shut myself @ home and not go out… but thats another story… so the weekend was good… my Sony camera battery is dead again… need to get a new one…

Took a ride from my lecturer back home yesterday… and the short conversations I had with him were the most meaningful I’ve had in quite a while…
